Sandy McNeil joined AcademyHealth in November 2010. As a director in the conferences department, Ms. McNeil is responsible for all aspects of the sponsorship outreach, exhibit sales and advertising sales for all AcademyHealth conferences including the Annual Research Meeting (ARM) exhibit/sponsorship program, the National Health Policy Conference (NHPC) exhibit/sponsorship program, the Health Datapalooza (HDP) exhibit/sponsorship program and the Dissemination and Implementation in Health (D&I) exhibit/sponsorship program. She also works closely with other team members on fundraising and business development for Interest Groups and other programs within AcademyHealth.
Ms. McNeil brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience to this position. Prior to joining AcademyHealth, she worked as an account executive for Advisor Today, a monthly trade publication for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, where she was responsible for selling advertising. She holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Maryland University College.
