Length of Sessions

  • All sessions are 90 minutes.

Audio-Visuals

  • Each session will be equipped with the following: laptop computer (with Windows XP OS), LCD projector, and screen. To ensure quality presentations, we strongly encourage speakers (except policy roundtable panelists) to use PowerPoint.
  • Speakers should bring presentations on a high-speed USB flash drive or CD (no zip files) and arrive at least 15 minutes before the session begins to allow time to upload presentations.
  • Save your presentation as last name and first initial, using lower case (e.g., Mary Smith will be smithm.ppt).

Presentations on the AcademyHealth Web site

  • PowerPoint presentations will be posted on the AcademyHealth Web site after the conference. If you do not wish to have your presentation posted, please contact Anna LaFayette by Friday, May 9, at anna.lafayette@academyhealth.org or 202.292.6739.
  • After the conference, presentations will be available online at academyhealth.org/arm/presentations.

Travel

  • There is no reimbursement for travel or per diem expenses.
  • Conference speakers are responsible for making their own airline and hotel reservations.
