Next week – likely on Tuesday – the Senate is expected to vote to open debate on two bills to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and to vote on at least one of them, according to a recent legislative update from the National Health Council. The first is the Better Care Reconciliation Act, which we have been hearing about in the news, and the second is the Obamacare Repeal Reconciliation Act, which would repeal many provisions of the ACA without a replacement.
