AcademyHealth’s Education Council has sponsored a series of webinars on mentoring in order to help students, fellows, new professionals, and experienced investigators navigate mentorship. This webinar presents strategies for fostering and sustaining long-term mentoring relationships, which includes finding a mentor, building a relationship, and knowing when to engage and seek advice. A variety of students and recent graduates talk about their mentoring experiences and how they managed expectations in both formal and informal mentoring relationships.
