New Issue Brief Examines Polysubstance Use Disorders in Four State Medicaid Programs

With funding from the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC), AcademyHealth and collaborators conducted an analysis of four states participating in the Medicaid Outcomes Distributed Research Network (MODRN). This brief examines polysubstance use disorders in those state Medicaid programs, which have implications for Medicaid expenditures and the way states design delivery systems for this vulnerable population.
