AcademyHealth student chapters enhance the learning and professional development experience for students of health services research and health policy. • Hold an information/recruitment event for undergraduate and graduate students. Provide information to students who might be considering a career in health services research and health policy. Recruit new members into the chapter and AcademyHealth.
  • Discuss an AcademyHealth online webinar on methods, professional skill-building or policy topics.
  • Coordinate a community service project.
  • Schedule a campus visit with another chapter in your area.
  • Establish a network with alumni associations, local professional associations, and other local groups in health services research and health policy.
  • Maintain a directory of professional contacts and their areas of expertise
