No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 7. Registration fees for cancelled registrants may not be applied to future AcademyHealth Meetings.

In-Person Registration Cancellation or Transfer
Cancellations for an in-person conference registration must be received in writing by March 7 in order to receive a refund, less a processing fee. The processing fee will be $100 for cancellations received prior to February 14 and increase to $150 for requests received from February 15 through March 7. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 7. Registration fees for cancelled registrants may not be applied to future AcademyHealth Meetings.

Registrants who are unable to travel due to COVID-19 may request a transfer to a virtual component registration and will receive a refund of the difference in registration price. Transfers requested for non-COVID related reasons will receive a refund of the difference, less a $50 processing fee.

Registration Cancellation for Virtual NHPC Pre-Conference Event: Health Policy in 2022: A Preview of State and Federal Policy Priorities on Feb. 14, 2022

Cancellations for registration for the virtual NHPC pre-conference event must be received in writing by Feb. 7 in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Feb. 7. Registration fees for cancelled registrants may not be applied to future AcademyHealth Meetings.

Substitutions
All substitutions will be assessed a $50 processing fee. Substitutions will be accepted only once per registrant and must include written notification from the original registrant and a completed registration form for the substitute participant. If a non-member substitutes for a member, the non-member rate applies. Requests should be sent to registrations@academyhealth.org.
