Dylan Roby is Professor and Chair of Health, Society, and Behavior and Director of the Division of Health Policy at the UC Irvine Program in Public Health. He is a health services and policy researcher with expertise in Medicaid, health insurance markets, program evaluation, and health disparities. He is an affiliate of the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research and an adjunct faculty member in the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health's Department of Health Policy and Management. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Policy at the George Washington University and completed his undergraduate training in Geography and Public Policy at UCLA.
