Oscar Espinosa serves as the Director of Research and Evaluation at the National Network of Public Health Institutes. He has over two decades of experience leading federal health services program evaluations using mixed methods. At NNPHI he provides oversight to a multi-million-dollar portfolio of evaluation projects funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). He has most recently held positions at Community Science, Inc. and NORC at the University of Chicago and holds a master’s degree in Sociology from George Mason University.
