AcademyHealth Partner Journal Seeks New Editor in Chief

JAMA Health Forum, an AcademyHealth partner journal that addresses health policy and strategies affecting medicine, health, and health care is seeking a new Editor in Chief. Interested Candidates should apply by April 15, 2024.

JAMA Health Forum is an international, peer-reviewed, online, open access journal that addresses health policy and strategies affecting medicine, health, and health care and is a member of the JAMA Network, a consortium of peer-reviewed medical journals. The journal has a wide and diverse readership, is extensively covered in the news media and social media, and is fully indexed in MEDLINE/PubMed, the Web of Science, and many other databases.

The current Editor in Chief, John Z. Ayanian, M.D., M.P.P., will be stepping down on at the end of 2024. JAMA Health Forum is seeking qualified candidates to provide leadership and editorial direction, promote DEI within the journal, and maintain the journal’s editorial integrity, quality, and relevance.
