Jennifer L. Wolff, Ph.D., is the Eugene and Mildred Lipitz Professor of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and jointly appointed in the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Wolff’s research focuses on innovative models of care for older adults with complex health needs and applied studies involving the development of practical tools and strategies to more effectively identify and support family caregivers in care delivery. Dr. Wolff received her Ph.D. in health services research from Johns Hopkins University.
