Bethany Wattles, Pharm.D., M.H.A., is a clinical pharmacist and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics within the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Child and Adolescent Health Research Design and Support Unit (CAHRDS). Dr. Wattles conducts research and quality improvement projects to improve medication use in children. She previously served as the Antimicrobial Stewardship Clinical Specialist and completed PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residencies at Norton Children’s Hospital. Dr. Wattles is especially interested in research using Medicaid claims data and focuses on antibiotic stewardship and safeguarding psychotropic medications.
