Virtual Events for AcademyHealth Members

Exclusively for AcademyHealth members, we offer a monthly virtual event featuring two distinct formats on alternating months. Recordings for both types of events are available for those who cannot attend live.

Virtual Town Halls: These sessions present a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow members, exchange experiences, and engage in open dialogues with the leadership of AcademyHealth. Hosted by President and CEO Aaron Carroll along with Director of Advocacy Josh Caplan, the town halls offer crucial insights into the policy and funding challenges impacting the health services and health policy research sectors. Join us the third Wednesday every other month from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. ET.

Field in Focus: Held the fourth Wednesday of every other month from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. ET, these events spotlight invited guest speakers who lead content-specific sessions tailored to meet current needs in the field. Topics, including crucial subjects like securing private funding, are explored in depth.
