Rob McCready, M.S., advises across multiple federal agencies, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). His expertise in strategic technology evaluation creates cross-agency synergies. Mr. McCready is leading the design of a systematic and replicable process to transform new Patient-Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) findings into shareable, health information technology (HIT) standards‑based, and publicly-available clinical decision support (CDS). This work includes the design and development of new software prototype tools to aid in the identification, curation, and dissemination of PCOR findings and related CDS artifacts. Mr. McCready is an expert in the design, development, and infrastructure needed for clinical quality measures, CDSs, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Mr. McCready earned a B.S. in Physics from Boston College and an M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University.
