Badges are required for all ARM activities. Badges should be worn at all times during the conference but remember to remove your badge before leaving the meeting venue.
Please have your government issued photo ID and or QR code (emailed to you) ready when you arrive at Registration. To collect your badge, access the QR code and scan at the registration kiosk.
Note: Arrive early to pick up your badge and beat the lines.

HSR Week Activities: Join in on the Fun!
The first ever HSR Week is happening May 26-June 2 and will include onsite activities at ARM! HSR Week is a field-wide visibility and celebration moment that elevates the people, impact, and value of health services research.
Explore this week's activities, download participation assets, and join the celebration of the science that makes health care work here. Meet us at the AcademyHealth booth in the exhibit hall at ARM to talk about your work, take photobooth pictures with your fellow attendees, and participate in quick, low-effort activities (think: stickers).

Participate in an Onsite Community Service Project
Break up your day at ARM with some community service! Join us at the Activity Center in the Exhibit Hall to help assemble hygiene kits that will be donated to families in the local Seattle community through the Neighborhood House organization. Stop by during the following times:

Poster Walks: Learn From the Experts
Poster walks are led by expert faculty who review and put into context some of the most significant and thought-provoking research at the ARM, while providing a venue for networking and informal discussion. The poster walks are limited to students and Fellows. There will be four poster walks at the conference during Poster Sessions B and D and each will last approximately 45 minutes.
There is no pre-registration for the poster walks, and no additional registration fee. Each walk will be capped at ten participants and accommodated first come, first served. To reserve your spot, please come to the desk outside of Hall 4AB 20 minutes before the walk starts. (Names will not be taken more than 20 minutes ahead of time.)
*Please note that you may not register to attend a poster walk if you are already scheduled to give a poster presentation during that session.*
