In this webinar, the Enhancing Systems of Care for CMC Coordinating Center explored how organizations, agencies, and stakeholder groups have used the Family Engagement Systems Assessment Tool (FESAT) to strengthen family engagement efforts. Through real-world examples and lived experiences, speakers discussed how family feedback shaped engagement strategies, the value of structured approaches for assessing and improving engagement, and the challenges encountered along the way.
