Allison S. Jones is a nurse anesthetist, clinical executive, researcher, and health policy leader committed to advancing health equity through systems innovation and nursing science. She serves as Chief Clinical Officer of Attaway Anesthesia & Consulting, Founder and Executive Director of the Foundation for Nursing Innovation, and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal for Nursing Innovation®. Her scholarship focuses on nursing leadership, healthcare quality, workforce outcomes, and quantifying nursing’s value in health systems. Allison is a Fellow Designate of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (FAANA), a 2026 National League for Nursing LEAD Scholar, a Southern Nursing Research Society Leadership Academy Scholar, and recipient of the American Nurses Association National Public Health Service Award. Her work bridges clinical operations, policy, and research to advance equitable, evidence-informed healthcare delivery and strengthen the impact of nursing leadership nationally and globally.
