Ashley is a rising fourth-year medical student at Duke University School of Medicine. She aspires to become a pediatrician and physician-scientist dedicated to advancing equitable care for marginalized communities through research, advocacy, and community engagement. She led the qualitative supplement on a PCORI-funded child obesity trial conducting meetings with investigators across the country.  She is a clinical leader, serving as the president of the Pediatrics Interest Group and Student National Medical Association at Duke University.
