Burt is a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital practice. With over 25 years of experience serving global organizations, Burt works with leaders and their teams to improve or create new talent strategies, organization designs, learning strategies, culture and employee engagement strategies, change management programs, and advanced workplace strategies (redesigning office workspace and supporting talent policies to enable greater employee mobility and flexibility).Burt has an MBA from the Wharton School and a BSEE in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining Deloitte, Burt served as a military intelligence officer for five years in the US Army.
