Chandrima Chatterjee is a health services researcher and doctoral candidate in Health Management and Policy at the University of Louisville, with research interests in maternal and child health, mental health services, Medicaid policy, and health equity. Her work focuses on understanding how healthcare policies and systems influence access to care and health outcomes among underserved populations, with a particular emphasis on postpartum depression and maternal mental healthcare utilization. 

Chandrima has experience conducting quantitative and qualitative health services research using large national and state-level datasets and has presented her work at national conferences, including AcademyHealth, APHA, and ISPOR. In addition to her research, she is actively involved in leadership and service through student, academic, and professional organizations, where she has contributed to conference planning, abstract review, mentorship, and member engagement initiatives. 

She is passionate about translating research into policy and practice and fostering opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and professional development within the health services research community.
