Chelsea Fosse DMD MPH is the Senior Health Policy Analyst at the Health Policy Institute (HPI) of the American Dental Association. Prior to joining HPI, she worked as a public health dentist in New Jersey and New York. Chelsea obtained her DMD from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, her Masters in Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, and completed a dental public health residency at NYC Health + Hospitals. She is responsible for researching policy changes that impact dentistry and oral health in the broader health care landscape, particularly those related to Medicaid, Medicare, the Affordable Care Act, and other public health issues.
