Chris Panagiotopoulos serves as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for LifeBridge Health. LifeBridge Health, a $2B in revenue health system , consisting of Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, Grace Medical Center and its subsidiaries and affiliated units, with nearly 13,000 employees and a vast physician network, LifeBridge Health provides patients with a continuum of care as a partner for lifelong health. Chris is chairman of the Privacy Security committee for CRISP, Maryland’s State Health Information Exchange (HIE), serves on the Loyola University of Maryland Advisory Board and is a Maryland Health Information System Society (HIMSS) past president. He holds his Masters in Engineering and BS in Chemistry from the Loyola University of Maryland.
Prior to joining LifeBridge Health, Chris Panagiotopoulos served as Vice President of Technology for Sylvan Learning Centers, a pre-K thru 12 education services company, where he directed the application and technology needs for over 1,000 learning centers. He also served as the Vice President for World Duty Free, a leader in the retail travel industry, where he managed the technology for the division’s international operations. Mr. Panagiotopoulos has also held information technology positions at Texas Instruments and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
