Erika Simeon has worked in healthcare and public health research in Oregon for over 15 years. Her past public health research involved Long Term Services and Supports for dual-eligibles, reproductive health equity, behavioral health workforce shortages, and Medicaid 1115 SUD waivers, and Currently She is the project lead for the team at the OHSU-PSU School of Public health that is conducting the data collection and analysis for the evaluation of the Oregon Behavioral Health Deflection Program. This program aims to provide individuals with treatment and services in lieu of arrest or conviction for possession of controlled substances. Outside of work, Erika Simeon's time is spent hiking, sailing, making miniature models and canning produce from my garden.
