Most recently, he served as Vice President of Population Health for Montefiore Health System and Chief Operating Officer of Montefiore’s Care Management Organization. He was instrumental in transitioning the company from significant annual losses to sustained profitability, marking a major financial turnaround during his six-year tenure. He also led major improvements in population health operations, data infrastructure, and clinical programs. Mr. Williford’s career includes leadership roles at ArchCare, Sandata Technologies, iHealth Technologies, and Deloitte Consulting.
