Matthew O. Hurford, M.D. is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Community Care Behavioral Health Organization - the nation’s largest not-for-profit behavioral health managed care organization which provides coverage for over one million Medicaid beneficiaries in 43 Pennsylvania counties. He is also the Vice President of Behavioral Health at UPMC Insurance Services Division where he has executive responsibility for behavioral health strategy across the Division.
