Rachel Ruback joined AcademyHealth in October 2017 as a Research Assistant supporting the State Health Policy and Technical Assistance team and Health Innovation and Information Infrastructure (HIII) Team, In. In this role, Rachel supported projects, primarily focusing on AcademyHealth’s State-University Partnership Learning Network (SUPLN), the Payment Reform for Population Health (P4PH), the State Interest Group, and ongoing strategic portfolio analysis work conducted in partnership with the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). Prior to coming to AcademyHealth, Rachel completed a health policy internship with the Respiratory Health Association in Chicago, focusing on tobacco cessation and stock albuterol policies. Rachel graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Davidson College in 2017.
