Stephan Reinhard Lindner is an Associate Professor at the Center for Health System Effectiveness (CHSE), Oregon Health & Science University. His current research focuses on Medicaid policies related to behavioral health, primarily substance use. Other research interests include applied methods, primary care, and people with disabilities. Dr. Lindner's research has been published in leading journals in the areas of health policy, health services, and medical care. He received a PhD in Economics from the University of Michigan.
