Yhenneko Taylor, Ph.D. is a health services researcher whose work focuses on access to care and outcomes of pregnancy, health outcomes in early childhood, social determinants of health and improving health outcomes for people in vulnerable groups. She is a recipient of the AcademyHealth Minority Scholar Award and the AcademyHealth New Investigator Small Grant Program Award in collaboration with the March of Dimes. Dr. Taylor is Associate Professor and Director of Health Services Research at the Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation at Atrium Health, where she leads an interdisciplinary team that partners with clinicians, researchers and other stakeholders to design and implement studies to improve care delivery and patient outcomes. She also holds an appointment as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Health Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she serves on the Public Health Programs Advisory Board.
