Julie M. Donohue, Ph.D., is the principal lead on AcademyHealth's Medicaid Outcomes Distributed Research Network-Opioid project. Dr. Donohue is a professor and chair in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Public Health and a senior advisor of the Medicaid Research Center (MRC) at the University of Pittsburgh. She conducts research on insurance coverage, financing, and delivery of health care with a focus on use of prescription drugs and behavioral health services.
