Kathy Mikk joined MITRE in 2016. She applies her knowledge of health law, policy, and compliance to a broad range of projects in support of the Department of Health and Human Services. Ms. Mikk has specific expertise in health data ownership, interoperability, Medicare reimbursement, and alternative payment models. She holds a J.D. from New York Law School and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Emerson College.
