Lara Robillard has been a principal analyst at the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) in the Budget Analysis Division since July 2007. Her work focuses on estimating the effects of legislation that would affect the Medicare program. In particular, she focuses on policies related to physician-administered drugs, durable medical equipment, end-stage renal disease, and program integrity. Prior to graduate school, she worked in health policy in the private sector.
She received her Master’s in Public Affairs from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, where she concentrated in Domestic Policy. She has a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols Scholar and a Virginia Scholar.
