Tony Dreyfus, M.C.P., is a health care consultant, with a focus on Medicaid, chronic illness, risk adjustment and health disparities. Dreyfus has collaborated with Health Management Associates on several projects including helping to design the analysis of health disparities in Medicaid populations. Dreyfus was the lead analyst for the Chronic Illness and Disability Payment system, a diagnosis-based risk adjustment system used by many state Medicaid programs.
