Dr. Goldberg is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Administration and Policy and the Director of the Health and Public Safety Workforce Research Program. She is a mixed methods researcher with expertise in qualitative research and survey methodology and has extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and implementation of evidenced based practices.
