Overview

This webinar introduced Enhancing Systems of Care for Children with Medical Complexity (CMC) as a five-year Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB)-funded initiative. This 90-minute session provided an overview of the initiative and its five Demonstration Sites working to improve models of care for CMC. It also assessed outcomes that are informed by and meaningful to CMC and their families, ensuring all CMC have the potential for optimal health and family well-being. The session was framed by a parent caregiver, together with a provider perspective, who will address how to better engage patients to advance equity.
