Jack Tsai, Ph.D., MSCP serves as Regional Dean and Professor of Public Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He also serves as Research Director for the VA’s National Homeless Programs Office. He previously served on faculty at Yale School of Medicine for 10 years. Dr. Tsai has led federally-funded work and published extensively on issues related to homelessness, severe mental illness, trauma, and health disparities. He serves as Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Social Distress and Homelessness and npj Mental Health Research.
