Ms. Paganelli is a Research Public Health Analyst at RTI International, a registered nurse and a DrPH student at the University of Illinois-Chicago. As a global health professional, Tia has 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing multi-site international health programs in maternal child health, infectious and noncommunicable diseases. Her recent work has focused on implementation of innovative pathology based postmortem examination methods as part of strengthening mortality surveillance. Tia’s doctoral research interests include using implementation science frameworks and models to increase equity in the implementation of global health programs and research.
