Shreya Huilgol (she/her) is a research assistant at RAND. Her research focuses on understanding how organizational factors affect successful technological, care process, and system innovation adoption and how health care systems can address these factors to improve care quality and patient outcomes. She is part of a large NIH-funded grant examining innovation implementation and dissemination in emergency departments at the start of the pandemic, as well as an AHRQ-funded project evaluating health equity interventions for managing urinary incontinence in women. Huilgol received her B.A. in cognitive and linguistic sciences from Wellesley College. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Health Policy and Management at UCLA.
