Rebecca Costa Bilden is a NIDA T32 Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Her research focuses on improving access to treatment for opioid use disorder, with an emphasis on using data-driven approaches to inform opioid policy decisions. Rebecca’s work employs qualitatively informed simulation models to better understand the dynamics of opioid treatment systems and identify strategies for enhancing access to care. She earned a BA in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Boston University, an MSc in Applied Data Science and Statistics from the University of Exeter, and a PhD in Health Services Research and Policy with a focus on Health Organizations and Decision Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
