Lucas Tramontozzi is a senior vice president at Innovation Horizons with over 20 years’ experience in strategic planning and execution across the public and private sectors with an emphasis on health policy, technology, and government relations. In this role, he develops corporate growth strategy and manages complex client projects.
Prior to consulting with Innovation Horizons, Lucas was the senior director of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Global Initiative on Health and the Economy advocating for improved health care policies, effective health interventions, and private sector engagement. He previously served as an economic and commercial specialist with the U.S. Department of State, overseeing the policy analysis on environment, science, technology, and health issues in Uganda. Lucas has served as vice president of data strategy at SCI Solutions. Before that, he served as the chief data officer for the Louisiana Department of Health, applying innovations to develop data-driven policies and program accountability.
Lucas holds an MPH from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health.
