Jen Horonjeff, Ph.D., is the Founder & CEO of Savvy Cooperative, a patient-led patient insights organization that helps companies and researchers gather real-world insights from diverse patients to inform research, development, and innovation. Named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Most Daring Entrepreneurs” for her bold approach to redesigning how industry engages with patients, Jen brings both scientific training and lived experience to her work. She holds a PhD in Environmental Medicine from New York University, and previously worked as a patient-centered outcomes researcher at Columbia University Medical Center. A trained human factors engineer and advisor to the FDA, Jen has helped shape clinical trial protocols, digital health tools, and regulatory strategies. As a lifelong chronic illness patient and brain tumor survivor, she is driven by the belief that better outcomes start by listening to the people living with the conditions we aim to support.
