Stephan Lindner is an Associate Professor at the Center for Health System Effectiveness (CHSE), Oregon Health & Science University. His current research focuses on Medicaid policies related to behavioral health, specifically substance use disorder and opioid use disorder using large, national Medicaid claims records. Other research interests include applied methods, primary care, and people with disabilities. His research has been published in leading journals in the areas of health policy, health services, and medical care. He received a PhD in Economics from the University of Michigan.
