Elisar M. Khawam, B.S., CCRC, is an experienced clinical research project manager specializing in urology and women's health. She currently oversees multimillion-dollar federal grants including a $9.3M PCORI grant and a $3M AHRQ U18 grant at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in which she leads multi-site research initiatives, manages study implementation and design, and coordinates dissemination efforts. With a background in neuroscience and psychology from The Ohio State University, Elisar leads implementation, practice facilitation, and dissemination efforts across 12 national sites. She has contributed to several national research conferences and peer-reviewed publications, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes through evidence-based care and innovative research.
