Maik Schutze is the Director for Health Information and Analytics for the Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA), where he leads efforts to leverage data and analytics to enhance strategic thought leadership and assess the impact on hospitals throughout Kentucky. Prior to joining KHA, he served as the Chief Analytics Officer for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS). In that role, he led initiatives aimed at transforming how policymakers utilize data science and analytics to improve decisionmaking. Mr. Schutze began his career in allied health at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and later completed graduate studies at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, earning a degree in health policy analysis and health services research.
