Deeksha has worked as a Research Associate at the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), where she analyzed healthcare market trends for top consulting firms. At UTHealth, she contributed to federally and NIH-funded oral health, early childhood systems, and healthcare access equity projects. She has served in student leadership roles as Professional Development Officer on the Student Government Board and Communications Director for the Student Society for Global Health.
