Khadija Abdi is a research coordinator at the University of Minnesota’s Rural Health Research Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. Her experience spans clinical pediatric care and research focused on maternal and neonatal health and child development among immigrant and refugee populations. She is particularly interested in improving access and health outcomes for underserved communities and plans to pursue further education in the healthcare field.
