Ngan Bui is AcademyHealth's Summer 2026 Health Policy Fellow. She is a PhD student in the Health Services Organization and Research program at Virginia Commonwealth University. She graduated from the University of Richmond with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Health Studies. Her research focuses on child health, health equity, and health disparities. As part of her dissertation work, Ngan is currently exploring the implementation and impact of school Medicaid in advancing school health services for students.
