With 38 years of healthcare experience Ms. Hoff has held executive roles in a variety of organizations. She recently retired from her role as Chief Financial Officer at StanfordHealth Care, a position she held for nine years and is now serving as the lead executive for Stanford Health Care’s AI company spin out company, Carpe Nova. Prior to joining Stanford Health Care, Ms. Hoff was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Legacy Health, the largest hospital system in Oregon.  She has held roles as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Meriter Health Services, and President & CEO of Physicians Plus Insurance Company.  Earlier in her career, Ms. Hoff also served as Director of Internal Audit at Mayo Clinic and Audit Manager at KPMG, LLP.

Ms. Hoff earned her Master of Business Administration in Health Care Fiscal Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Ms. Hoff has also served on several healthcare boards including health plan, surgery center, and revenue cycle management companies.
