Nancy Wittmer, MPH, is a Lead Epidemiologist on the Learning Health Systems team with the Center for Health Systems Research at Denver Health and Hospital Authority. With experience in public health practice and applied research, she specializes in quality improvement, program evaluation, and moving evidence into practice through the learning health system model. In her current role, Nancy supports research and quality improvement efforts through data analysis and evaluation, working closely with teams to gather data, disseminate knowledge, and translate that knowledge into practice. She has a strong interest in health equity, and her vision is to continuously improve public health and health care practices so that all individuals have the opportunity to reach their full health potential. Nancy earned her Master of Public Health in Global Epidemiology from the Colorado School of Public Health.
