Yutong Zhang is a PhD student in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her research interests include (1) policy evaluation for long term services and supports delivered in settings such as nursing homes and Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), and (2) care quality improvement for special-needs populations, including Medicare and Medicaid dual-eligible beneficiaries and their family caregivers. Yutong received her M.S. in Health Economics and Policy from Weill Cornell Medicine in 2023, and her B.E. in Economic Statistics from the University of International Business and Economics in 2022.
