Jane Bigham serves as the Senior Vice President for Government Affairs and Public Relations at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO). Prior to joining ASTHO, Jane spent over five years with the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, & Pensions (HELP) where she led on public health and preparedness issues for the Committee. Before her time on the Hill, Jane spent nearly a decade at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Jane holds a B.A. in psychology and Spanish from Agnes Scott College and a master's in public health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.
